Lisa comes with over 20 years experience in the Health and Wellbeing space as a practitioner.
She became hooked on Homeopathy after seeing its outstanding results on her young son, which inspired her to qualify as a Homeopath back in 2002.
Lisa went on to qualify in multi disciplines including Kinesiology, Nutrition, Bio Resonance, Hair Testing Mineral Analysis (HTMA) and Reiki.
Lisa is passionate about optimal health, always looking to understand the root cause of her client’s symptoms.
Lisa’s approach is to blend her disciplines within your 1-2-1 consultations in order to optimise your results.

Reiki meaning “Universal Life Energy” is an energy healing technique discovered in Japan at the beginning of the last century.
It promotes feelings of deep relaxation and calmness by working on the 7 main energetic points of the body, also known as chakras using palm healing with direct or indirect contact to the body.
I am a Usui Reiki practitioner trained in the traditional Japanese technique with an unbroken lineage to Mikao Usui, founder of Reiki.
Reiki is accessible to all regardless of age, conditions and can even promote faster healing. However, should you suffer from any ailments, it is advisable to mention this at the start of your session so I know what I am working with.
I am a member of the UK Reiki Association and fully insured.
